For the first time in the history of football in Novotroitsk, a graduate of the youth sports school of FC “Nosta” has become a full member of the Russian national team. 16-year-old Klim Sidorov was recognized as the best player in the match against the Kazakhstan national team in February 2024.
Klimentiy Sidorov came to the youth sports school of FC “Nosta” (Novotroitsk city) in 2017. Initially, the 10-year-old boy did not stand out among his teammates, except for fearlessly going for the ball without fear of injury and not liking to lose. According to Yuri Kalyakin, the general director of “Nosta”, it was these fighting qualities that helped Klim quickly adapt to the football academy of the Premier League club “Ural”, where he was invited in 2022 at the age of 15. In Ural, he also stands out for his combativeness. The invitation to the national team did not take long to arrive – how could you ignore a footballer who gives his all in every game! The Development Cup-2024, in which defender Klimentiy Sidorov took part as part of the Russian national team, started in Minsk on February 18 and ended on February 25. In the match against Kazakhstan, the graduate of “Nosta” not only scored one of the winning goals but was also recognized as the best player of the match.
